PROJECT DETAIL:

• Three existing warehouses

• Refurbishment included removal of asbestos roof, new plumbing and electrical and concrete slab repair.

• Works completed in 5 months with priority to warehouses as leased.

Client had moved to new state of the art premises with three existing warehouses needing refurbishment for lease. Works commenced quickly and with clients were still in the process of negotiating the lease. Upgrade allowed for flexibility and compliance without the delay from the tender process.
