PROJECT DETAIL:

• New street and laneway to create a double block for new terraces.

• Remediation work to remove cement factory and industrial buildings.

• 34 New Terraces 3 and 4 bedroom with single car carport at the rear accessed from laneway.

Project commenced with demolition and remediation work on site. The priority was to complete the first two terraces as show rooms and then to provide a sales office for the remaining units. The projects 34 terraces were completed in less than 18 months with all terraces sold within the first 6 months.
