PROJECT DETAIL:

• Horizontal Stratum with retail below and residential above.

• 111 Studio, one bed, two bed and three bed units.

• Site remediation of old sandstone quarry to three level underground carpark.

• Retail included Woolworths, chemist, cafe and food facilities.

Project had two stratum (Retail and residential). The residential component had 111 Units with a mix of studio, 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments and the retail had a lease with Woolworths and a number of smaller retailers including a pharmacy, cafe and food facilities.
