Brief by client to extend the 1920’s California Bungalow with a new garage and bedrooms above, reconfigure rear of residence and have an indoor outdoor relationship to the new pool and back yard. The style of the residence and the sympathetic Architecture to reference the 1920’s bungalow was an important criteria but with a modern sensibility.
