Three bedroom bungalow with a covered deck area only needed reconfiguration to provide a better use of space. By reconfiguring, money was spent on the finishes and less on new foundations and walls. The living room was opened up and the kitchen relocated with the floor levelled to remove the step and make the space larger and with a better flow. The deck area roof was covered in tongue and groove timber cladding and two new skylights to bring in more light. The bathroom and laundry was configured to allow the dining room to be placed off the kitchen and near the light from the rear glass doors.
