PROJECT DETAIL:

• Demolition of existing warehouse and remediation of site

• Construction of 4,000sqm dry goods and 1,000sqm freezer/refrigeration facility in 7 months.

• Turn key solution with client involvement in refrigeration & racking contractors.

Project was divided into two phases, remediation and construction. The remediation was completed in three months with the builder reducing costs by innovative methods of site utilisation. The construction phase was completed in 9 months with a smooth transition to start up.
